Default Specific Bond Form

The union is requiring the bond to be written on a specific bond form they've supplied. Will a surety company be willing to do this or will they only write in on their own form?

Absolutely they will write it on the Union's required form. In fact, if they don't, the Union will undoubtedly reject the bond. When an application is submitted, any special bond forms should be sent as well. This way, when the application is sent to Surety to approve, they know exactly what they are approving.
