    New company - bad credit

    Will I be able to obtain a Wage & Welfare bond with less than perfect credit and a start-up company?

    In most cases YES. It really depends upon how large the bond needs to be. There will undoubtedly be collateral required in addition to the annual premium. You can apply for this bond under no obligation in order to see exactly what collateral and premium will be required. Please return to the JW Bond Consultants website and select the Wage & Welfare Bond under the application tab.
