Yes, you can get a multi-year bond. Generally surety companies will allow you to get up to a 3 year term if the bond form allows.

Do applicants generally go for the term that the state is requiring? Why would they want a three year term if the state is only requiring a one year term?

If you pay for a two or three year bond, would you be required to submit any financials for review for the years you have paid for the bond?
