How do I find out if my State requires a Title Agency Bond and what amount?

You can contact the state licensing department. I recommend searching the internet. Usually the department that regulates the licensing for the state will list the type of licenses and their requirements for Surety Bonds if there are any at all. You can also contact the state via phone and they can direct you with the correct information.
There are also companies out there that can help you get licensed and will tell you exactly what the requirements are.
