Title Agency Bond & Fidelity Bond

I need to get a title agency bond and also a fidelity bond. Do I need to apply for both bonds at the same time or can I get the fidelity bond first and get the title agency bond sometime down the road?

The two are separate products so there is no need to apply simultaneously for both if you don't want to. However, if they are both required I don't see any benefit in waiting on either.
