Default Reinstatement

I forgot to pay the premium for my telemarketing bond and I need it reinstated. The surety said my payment was late two years in a row and will not reinstate the bond again. What can I do?

First we can petition the Surety Company one last time to see if they will reinstate the bond. If they consent there will be some fees associated with the reinstatement. If they will not reinstate the bond our agency works with many different Surety Companies and we will do our very best to place the bond for you with a different company.
