We are a Florida-based telemarketing company and have been around for a few years. Now we'd like to expand our company to work in all 50 states. Does every state require a telemarketing bond?

Each state may or may not require a telemarketing bond. Your best bet would be to contact the state and inquire as to what their specific requirements are.
