Default Bond Forms Acceptable to Surety

In what instance would a certain bond form NOT be acceptable to a Surety company?

Surety always wants to see that there is a cancellation clause in the bond language, as well as wording regarding the total aggregate of the bond. There are very few instances that we can't find a Surety to write a bond that has less than favorable language.
