    Three Year Term

    Hello,

    I am in need of a telemarketing bond for the state of PA. I'd rather go with a three year term. I believe that the state only requires a one year term - can I chose the bond term? Or do you go by what the state is requiring?

    Three Year Term

    As long as the bond does not have a specific term - you should be able to go with a three year term - and check with your surety - you may even get a slight discount for the additional years.
