Default Bad Credit with Collateral to put up.

I have a telemarketing company and i want to submit the nessacary papers with the Ag, and need to be bonded. I have bad credit but can deposit 6/13k nessacary (from my past research). Is this available in Ca, and can you assist me with the filing?
I am willing to do whatever it takes to get this bond.

Default Bad Credit w/ Collateral

If your credit is as you stated, you are correct in assuming a higher risk surety would be able to write your bond. They may not require collateral as you think, but it's good to be aware of this scenario just in case. All you need to do is apply and provide the requested documents in order for underwriting to be able to review your request. As far as the filing, that would actually have to be handled solely by you.
