    Bankruptcy

    I have had a bankruptcy and have been turned down by CNA for a bond. Will you be able to help me get a bond? The bankruptcy has been discharged 6 months ago.

    Does anyone know the rate I would pay for a Telemarketing Bond with a BK? My bond is 100K and I need to budget for this. Thanks.

    It really depends - the premium could be anywhere from maybe 10-15% (in some cases it has been higher) of the bond amount depending on the owner's personal credit. Your best bet would be to apply online under commercial bonds and go from there.
