I am starting a phone solicitation research company. I will employ 5 solicitors to do marketing research. I am not sure about bonding requirements for this business but know I need a bond to operate the business. Does each employee need to be bonded separatley?

Most states are going to require the company to be bonded, not the individual employees (although this does occur from time to time: e.g. Idaho mortgage brokers).

You will need to check with the states you plan on making calls to, t see what their specific bond requirements are.

If the state requires that each of the employees gets a bond is there a bond that will cover all of them or do they each have to apply separetely?
