Default Surety Bond Forums Now On Twitter!

Activity for the online surety bond community is relatively low in comparison to similar industries. I am sure this comes as no surprise to anyone that has spent more than a month working in suretyship. Let's face it, our industry isn't exactly a leader when it comes to implementing technology.

Our agency has always done it's best to drag (kicking and screaming) the industry towards the IT world. Our forums aren't the most active in the world, but are a good source of information for anyone looking to learn more about surety bonding.

We always hoped to bring about more interest from those within the industry to create forum threads about surety related current events.

Going forward all forum posts will be Tweeted as well. We hope this helps to encourage those looking to learn to ask a question and those within the industry to join for surety related discussions.

Go ahead post a new conversation in our forum, you'll be adding to the "surety bond Twitter" community as well!

Thumbs up Geez...

You don't miss a trick. That's a great move. I saw no advantage to Tweeting these things, since #surety #suretybond is still pretty slow, as you know.

I'm here to put up a new news item right now. Can't wait to see how it goes.

It would seem that Twitter is picking up steam so I want to make sure that our agency has a good amount of exposure on it if it becomes a major competitor to Google. From what I hear, many think that Twiiter will be a good alternative to search as it grows.

With all of the plugins for blogs and forums, I can see why it is growing so fast when it comes to business use.

Unfortunately, the first Tweet from the forums happened to be a spam post! I'll have to keep a close eye on that.

Default Tweet...

I just sent my first Tweet through (that worked.) I think I was trying to send it before while I was not logged-in, d'oh. It went out under my account, not yours.

Speaking of spam, this guy is back: http://forums.jwsuretybonds.com/bad-....html#post9630

Default Anyone interested...

Michael Weisbrot (JW_Surety_Bonds) on Twitter

Bryan Kelly (BryanKeIIy) on Twitter

Most of my Tweets are about the nuclear construction renaissance. I plan on putting up surety-related blog posts about that soon.
