Curves Fails To File Surety Bond

Curves has failed to file a surety bond and therefore the court issued an injunction to stop selling long-term memberships until registration is complete and a bond is in filed. The suit asks the court to render void all contracts sold, refund the customers' money and fines of $2,000 for each membership sold.
