Default Oklahoma Construction Bond Businesses Ordered to Shut Down
Kim Holland, the Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner required Dan Lyon to cease writing unauthorized surety bond business in Oklahoma. The order states Lyon produced a performance bond that may be not be legal to guarantee a construction contract with Edmond Public School District.
