Georgia Proposing To Increase Dealer Bond Amount To $50,000

State Representative Alan Powell, a Democrat state representitive from Hartwell, GA is opposing an increase to the current Georgia dealer bond requirement from $20,000 to $50,000. Powell has experience in the dealer business and feels the increase could put many mom and pop shops out of business.
