Default Renewal of bond
We have a subdivision bond that was written last June. The municipality that required the bond is asking for a renewal bond. I thought these bonds were continuous.

The bond that the township has is good and will automatically renew. Perhaps they are looking for proof of payment on the renewal? I have never seen an obligee do so, but it could be possible.
