    Residence Sub Division

    I am getting a sub division for my personal property so that I can build another home to sell. I was told I need a sub division bond to guarantee that the work from the contractors is done according to the contract and for the agreed price. Can I get this type of bond?

    There seems to be some confusion. A subdivision bond does not guarantee what you stated above. Please see: Subdivision Bonds - Surety Bond Types
