Site or Subdivision ?

I own a plot of land that is being subdivided four ways to build rental properties. To connect my water up and have a road attached to the township I was asked to obtain a performance bond. I also have heard " subdivision bond" and "site improvement bond". Are these the same or am I looking to get three different bonds?
