Two years ago I obtained the rights to build a one hundred house development in Orlando Florida. After properly getting the required subdivison bond needed and thirty of the homes completed I was approached by a larger development corporation to buy my company and transfer all reamining jobs and future jobs to them. Does my bond still connect me to this Orlando job or are all responsibilities transfered to the corporation?
