Default Inspection

The work is complete and the site is scheduled for inspection in a few weeks, however my bond is up for renewal right now. Once inspected, I should have a release, and won't need the bond anymore. If I renew the bond now, will I be able to get the unused premium back if it is in fact released?

In most instances - yes. It depends on how quickly you can get the official release.
