    Bond For an Individual

I was wondering if a bond would exist for an individual. I am doing road work on curbs on private property. The land owner has asked me for a $10,000 Surety Bond. Is this something you can do? Does something like this even exist?

The land owner can't require a bond of you. The purpose of a bond is to protect public money. Now, if the municipality in which the property exists requires a bond of you, then yes - you can get one assuming you qualify.
