Default Decrease in Sub-Division Bond

My Sub-Division Bond is up for renewal but I am in the midst of getting the value of the bond decreased. What should I do about payment when I don't know what the new bond amount will be.

You need to make sure the bond is decreased prior to the renewal. Otherwise the agent can not bill you the proper amount. Get it done in time, or you will pay the amount that the bond is at, at time of renewal.

Any good agent will give you plenty of time to take the necessary actions to get billed the reduced amount. We give out clients advanced notice months ahead of time.
