Hey mrbond, good to hear from you again...Fortunatly for our agents, no one lives on the Delaware river so no flood damage. The actual town of New Hope is only about 1 square mile. The only inconvienance it has been for us is a longer commute to work since the New Hope bridge is out. All the roads are closed in town within 1,000 ft. of the river. Our office is actually right outside of New Hope, but has a New Hope mailing address. To tell you the truth I am just happy the cold winter we had is behind us. Today is going to be about 75 and we are all smiling ear to ear because of it.

How is the weather in your area? Did you have a horrible winter too?
