Default Title Company Requirements in Maryland.

Anyone have info in regards to setting up a title company in Maryland.

I heard that Maryland is a state that you needn't be an atty. You have to have an "Attorney of Record"

Only issue is......Not too sure what/how that works.

Any help is useful.

I am sorry, but I do not know the info. you need off the top of my head. I do for more common requirements, but not this particular one.

I suggest checking Maryland's website for further research.
