help? can a Non US Citizen be an exectutor of a living trust or a will?

Hi, everyone,

I was pointed to be an exectutor of a living trust by a friend. i am not a US citizen. i am a legal resident of US for 6 years. Do i qualify ? can I get inherits from him even i am not American citizen.

Any suggestions or ideas? thanks in advance.
