Default Married to Divorced

When I applied for my bond I was married and my wife and I applied as joint ownweship. But since that time we have divorced. Do I need to get her off the bond or file any changes in paperwork?

It would definitely be to your wife's benefit to be removed from the indemnity. Depending upon which Surety your bond is written with will determine if a new indemnity is all that is needed or if a new bond needs to be written. Best to check with your surety specialist to determine what's needed to have your wife removed.
