    Paperwork to file a claim.

    Are there standard forms that the surety requires to be completed to file a claim?

    Probably - but I'm sure every Surety handles claims differently. Since the agency doesn't get involved in claims, it's best to contact the Claims Department of the Surety to find out exactly what they need to receive a claim against a bond.
