Old Bond Defaults

Is there any sort of a registry or source to know if someone has defaulted on a bond in the past?

Not that I am aware of-

but that would make my job as an agent, a while lot easier to check out a potential client.

Not specifically, but if the default resulted in any judgements or liens(which it should), it will show up on business and personal credit reports.
