Default Acstar Competitors

Acstar Surety seems to have a foothold on difficult to place contract bonds. Can someone recommend a surety who will underwrite using letters of credit as a form of collateral. I have HCC so far. Any others?

You named the two big boys when it comes to collateralized contract bonding.

Do you find Acstar typically requires 100% collateral? If not, what range are you seeing?
