Tribe in Wisconsin wants a performance bond.

We are a tribally owned company, who is also an LLC in the state of Wisconsin--we have had problems obtaining performance bonds because of the triabl ownership. We realize there is more difficulty because of the ownership, and are looking for options rather than "no"! Thank You

I'm sure there are sureties out there who will write contract bonds for tribally owned companies - I'm just not aware of any. None of our companies will do anything with tribally owned contractors.
