Default self insurance guarantee?

Here is my situation, will a bond of some sort work for me? I work at a trucking company, we haul freight for various freight brokers, our company is self insured and several of the brokers we try to work for will not accept us due to our self insured status. Would there be some type of bond that would satisfy there fears, that would guarantee their customers freight would be covered?

If you had your Freight Broker Authority with FMCSA, we could write the BMC-84 Freight Broker Bond for you. Otherwise, there would not be a bond for your situation. If you want to talk more specifically about this bond, I would recommend that you call our office to speak with the bond representative who handles this line of business.
