Default Percentage
I know you cannot discuss rates on this forum, but how are performance bonds priced? Will I pay a percentage of the total contract amount? Please explain.

That's correct - premium for performance bonds is based upon a percentage of the contract amount. The type of work will determine what the percentage rate is.
