Yes - we can write performance bonds for janitorial service contracts. However, multi-year contracts can be a challenge. One surety that we use does not like multi-year contracts. Unfortunately, that company is the one that only requires good personal credit to get bonds for $200,000 and under. We do have another company that will write the multi-year bonds, but they require a full submission - including all financials. Best to have a dialogue with your bond representative to see if we can help you in your particular situation.
