    Letter of "Bondability"

Can you issue a letter of bondability? The obligee is asking that I get a letter, a bond is not required.
Could you help me with this, or do you not handle letters?

Bondability letters are requested by Obligees when they don't want to have to pay for a Performance Bond. They figure that if you are a good risk for bonding - then you will be a good risk for the Obligee to enter into a contract. Generally, the only time we will write these letters is for existing clients as a courtesy.
