    1.3 million market decent credit

    Need a 1.3 million performance and payment bond. Contractor does not have 3 year f/s, credit good(1 disputed item 23k) has perfomed jobs of this size but never been bonded. Can put up to 25% ILOC collateral. Do you have a market.
