An international joint venture is looking for a bid bond, and if awarded performance and payment bonds (up to 15 mln $ each). Is there any chance for a non-US company (or joint venture) to get the bonds?

Let me clarify the situation a bit. The contracting officer is US gov. and the construction is in middle east and africa. 100 % performance and 100 % payment bonds are required.

We are not appointed with any sureties that are willing to write outside of the US. However you can find agencies that will write outside of the states on our Surety Bond Links page.
