Is there a certain bond amount that would qualify for waiving spousal indemnity? I have heard that some applications have had spousal indemnity waived.

With some Surety companies spousal indemnity can be waived if you are willing to post 100% collateral for the bond you are requesting. There are instances when a large company with extremely strong financial statements may not be required to have spousal indemnity. However, I assure you, this is very rare.
