Default Two Year Contracts

Can you issue a final bond for two year contracts?

It's very likely that we can. Some surety companies don't like multi-year contracts. For those companies, they would require a one year bond be issued on a renewable bond form that would be evaluated after the first year to see if they want to renew. We do have other companies who will write two year bonds no problem. It really depends upon the type of work and where you are located.
