How come you aren't licensed in all 50 states for contract work?

Licensing issues get complicated. It's a question of a number of items. How much work do we think we would get in a particular state and how that compares to the licensing process and cost. Some states are much easier to get licensed in as a non-resident agent and some make it almost impossible. Our Surety Companies also need to be licensed in the state a bond is being written for and they often choose not to pursue licensing as well.
