Default Sipplies Bond?
supplying about $122,000 of building materials to construction project. Port of San Francisco (landlord) wants bond. We do not have strong financials and do not want to provide personal guarantees. Currently supply materials for private projects. Instead of credit-based underwriting, would like to a lock-box/escrow where we do not get funds until we deliver.
