Default Subcontract Performance Bonds

We are a subcontractor to a GC who is building a new JC Penney store. The GC is requiring us to have a bond naming them as the Obligee. Is this possible?

It is possible, but typically we do not deal with private work. However, with JCPenny being a large company, we may be able to consider it. Contact our contract bond department for more information at: 215-766-1990.
