    Site Improvement Bond

    The borough zoning board is requiring a site improvement bond in order to approve construction of an addition on my restauraunt. What is the purpose of this bond and what exactly does it cover?

    The bond guarantees the completion of the addition. It covers the borough in event required improvements are not complete.
