under a contruction contract bond if the so called project is built wrong because of bad drawings does the surety still have to honor the bond even if the drawings were supplied by the contractor. and does this mean that the bond has to be forfieted

There will be clauses in the construction contract stating that if there are errors due to the architectural inaccuracies – then there likely will be an insurance policy carried by the architect to cover such errors and omissions. The surety is not obligated (generally) to guarantee construction on incorrect drawings.
