    Payment Bonds

    Does an equipment supplier have the option to file a bond claim against a specific job if there is repairs, services and parts associated with the rental equipment in question.

    Can a Lease be included in a bond claim if it was used on multiple projects but is being claimed on one specific project, or can a lease be a viable bond claim.

    That sounds more like insurance policy coverage.

    You may want to have your legal counsel review the bond form and contract for clarification.
