    False claims...

    We seek a bond to protect a construction Manager Owner from a false Claim. He is withholding our payment of about 235,000.00 until the claims go to arbitration. We wish to replace our money which he is holding with a bond.

    Sorry, but you won't find a bonding company to guarantee the bond you are looking for. Bonds do not generally do financial guarantees, especially when claims are involved.
