Can you please provide a quote for a Surety Bond that covers this Maintenance Contractor's (BOSS Facility Services, NY) insurance requirements, listed below: The type of electrical maintenance work I expect to perform periodically (2-3 times per month, each occurance under $500) will include mostly changing light bulbs, perhaps repairing a light fixture, receptical, or light switch. 1. Insurance Coverage / Certificates of Insurance a. The subcontractor shall purchase and maintain the required insurance from a responsible insurer or insurers acceptable to the Contractor in the type and amount deemed necessary by the Contractor to protect and defend against all claims, loss and liability arising from injury, death and damage to persons or property arising out of the performance or non-performance of the Subcontract work. b. The required insurance shall include Comprehensive General Liability Insurance (Including Premises / Operations, Independent Contractors, Completed Operations and Contractual Liability covering Indemnification Agreements for BOSS), and Comprehensive Automobile Liability. d. The Subcontractor’s Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance (sole operators exempt in CA) as required by this section I shall be written with limits of liability not less than the following: Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Combined Single Limit (Bodily Injury and Property Damage) $1,000,000 each occurrence $2,000,000 aggregate Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance Combined Single Limit (Bodily Injury and Property Damage) $1,000,000 each occurrence Worker’s Compensation (exempt in CA) Trusting to hear from you soon.
