Storage construction in Alaska

How much will a bond for a project under $200,000 cost for a ground up construction storage facility? I have been awarded the contract without a bid. I wanted to see what this project would cost to be bonded. I have great credit and a strong business. My only issue is that the project is in Alaska and I am having troble finding a bond company to help me.
