| I've had a child support issue that was recently resolved. How will this effect me obtaining a bond? I'm sure the collection will still show on my credit report, but it will be paid in full. Is there a certain amount of time I should wait to apply for a bond? |

| It depends on the bonding company, the amount of the bond, the state that is requiring the bond, and your assessed risk. We do have bonding companies that are willing to write clients with past child support issues, but I can't give you specific information on rates or whether you will definitely be approved or not without seeing the rest I listed above. In other words, you best bet is to apply online.
