| I have decent credit other than 2 small collections. Would I have a better chance of getting a good rate for a bond if I take care of these collections first? Or do you think that they will still show up on my credit report for a little while before they are cleared anyway? |

| It depends on the bonding company, the amount of the collections, and the explanation of the collections. Most bonding companies will want you to show proof that the collections are paid or in error in order to give you a good rate, but some will look past them if they are small and have a good explanation.
